Our Story

Keller Williams Capital opened its doors in Springfield with a simple mission: to build a real estate company where people — not production — come first. From day one, our leadership believed that when you pour into agents, equip them with world-class training, and create a culture of collaboration, success naturally follows.

What began as a handful of passionate REALTORS® and a dream of doing things differently has grown into one of Central Illinois’ most respected brokerages. Along the way, we’ve added our sister office, KW Hometown in Quincy, expanding our reach while keeping our culture close-knit and connected.
